Five Spaces, One Converted Equestrian Estate
Racó del Pastor is a 120,000m² former equestrian estate in Orba, in the Marina Alta hills inland from Dénia and Jávea. Once the Yeguada Peretó, a working stud farm for purebred Spanish horses, the property was carefully converted from 2019 into a wedding and events venue across five genuinely distinct spaces: an elevated garden and ceremonial area with mountain and sunset views (1,800m², up to 400 for cocktails), a covered Mail Hall with full-length windows onto grazing paddocks (350m², up to 280 seated), a Mediterranean-style Central Patio anchored by a four-water fountain (550m², up to 400 seated / 500 standing), the original horse Stables kept for show and adapted for smaller gatherings and photography (120m², up to 80 seated), and the more intimate Calle Garrofers under century-old carob trees beside the old blacksmith’s forge (180m², up to 100 seated). This range means couples can genuinely scale their day — an intimate 80-guest dinner in the Stables, or all five spaces in sequence for a large, multi-act 400-guest celebration — making Racó del Pastor one of the more flexible countryside estates in Belka’s Costa Blanca North collection.
